I rented this mostly because it is very close to our home. It's easy to get in and out and seems very safe.

Did it all online. Was easy and adorable.

I love Rhonda (the manager at the facility I use). Friendly, great, helpful. The only thing that was disappointing to me was that when I rented an additional unit I couldn't get it at the same price I was paying on the first one. It would be nice, and a great customer retention plan, to give existing customers a discount on additional units rented.

Kirsten was amazing! Extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the property. She answered all my questions and resolved my concerns. A fantastic employee!!

I just rented with Chris. Very awesome manager. 2 months in but works like a pro and such an amazing personality as well. All around the location is great moving in was a breeze. Unit was clean as well, property looked well kept up with also. I would always recommend this facility.

The place was nice, the manager was well prepared and very knowledgeable.

Customer service is great absolutely no complaints!!! There are two issues that would prevent me from coming back. One being the the position of the key pads for BOTH entrance and exits. The locations of the key pads require you to pull up close but you still need to get out of your vehicle to enter your code. The gates are placed at an angle. The other issue is the gate for the exit. It doesn't always close leaving entry available to anyone.

I rented a storage unit from Leanne who runs the Fern Park Public Storage facility! She is awesome, kind, caring, courteous and professional. The storage unit was super clean as was the rental office and the property.
