I have never had an issue with Public Storage. The staff are always very helpful, polite, and professional. They are willing to assist with any questions that might come up. The unit and grounds are clear of debris and clean. The lighting and cameras make you feel safe while at the unit during evening hours.

From my reservation to the actual renting my storage unit, Keona (sp?) was extremely helpful, very professional, above and beyond the standard professional I expected. I was so relieved with all the help with selecting a unit I needed and the availabilty of the unit. She was just amazing.

The service here is amazing. From my reservation to actual signing my contact, it has been an easy venture. The staff here worked with me on my specific needs. After showing me many units until I found one that worked for me (in shade, close to gate, easy access) they remained professional and happy. This added with the facility having gate controlled access and new lighting, I was sold.

It was difficult to locate. But clean and the manager was very kind to us and our dog.
